Privacy notice for enquiries, proposals and website use.
This notice explains how information submitted through contact, proposal and media kit requests is processed, and how the website is measured anonymously without cookies.
What information is processed?
An enquiry, proposal request or media kit request may include your name, company, email address, selected service or partnership type, and any objective, timing, channel, budget or usage-rights information you choose to provide.
How is the information used?
Information is used to deliver the requested media kit, respond to your enquiry, assess a potential partnership, prepare a proposal and manage a client relationship. Requesting a media kit does not add your email address to a marketing list.
How are form submissions delivered?
Form data is sent to the data controller through a secure form service. If direct submission is unavailable, you can send the same information through your own email application.
Service providers
Formspark processes form data for message delivery and notifications. Resend delivers requested media kit emails and PDF attachments. Upstash is used to prevent abuse of media kit requests and stores only pseudonymised IP and email identifiers plus request counters for up to one hour. Umami Cloud provides anonymous website analytics.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Umami Cloud to measure page views and key conversion events. Umami does not use cookies, fingerprinting or cross-site tracking. The site does not use marketing cookies.

Anonymous analytics may include the page path, referrer, timestamp, browser, operating system, device type and approximate country, as well as events such as opening or requesting the media kit and successfully sending an enquiry. Names, email addresses, company names, budgets and message content are not sent to analytics.
Legal basis and retention
Enquiries are processed to fulfil your request, take steps before entering into a contract and support the legitimate interest of responding to business enquiries. Anonymous analytics supports the development of the website, marketing and customer journey. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for its stated purpose and according to the current retention settings of the services used.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting the data controller by email. Where applicable, you may also object to or request restriction of processing and lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
