- The same content in two channels counts as one content item

Scope boundary
- For new content planning and production, choose CONTENT or GROWTH.
Shared terms for ongoing packages
- Ongoing packages are normally agreed for a minimum initial term of three months.
- Monthly deliverables and any substitutions are agreed in advance based on the work involved, not as automatic one-for-one swaps.
- Unused deliverables do not automatically roll over to the following month.
- Additional work is scoped, priced and approved before it begins.
